As a co-product or a more traditional biomass, we identify and implement the best sourcing according to your needs and requirements.

We have access to numerous scientific databases and up-to-date literature to identify molecules of interest, theoretically present in biomass, as well as plant composition, in order to achieve the selection of relevant and optimal enzymes, to target the extraction yield and the properties of the extracts.

We carry out the analytical and organoleptic characterization of plants in order to identify the molecules of interest as well as the overall biochemical structure of the plant. This study allows us to define the specifications of the plant to be treated and to identify the best enzyme cocktail for extraction.

Our ingredients benefit from the power of our methodology and our process including the Screenzym® bioguidage tool developed specifically to select the best enzymatic cocktail to achieve the extraction yields. We can start from an optimized standard blend or develop a custom cocktail to optimize the extraction yield defined according to different parameters: amount of oil, sugars, dry matter, polyphenols, sterols, proteins for example or targeting specific parameters like pH, filterability, odor or color.

Analyzes can be performed to identify the molecules of interest and to ensure specification. Thanks to a partnership with the University of Lorraine, we have access to a complementary high-level analytical platform (HPLC, CPG, LC-MS, NMR ...).

Thanks to measurements in tubo (Biolie) and in vitro / in vivo (external partners), we help you identify or validate the activity of the extracts and to value them according to the most adapted market (cosmetic, nutraceutical, detergency, food, biostimulation...).

Once the laboratory tests are in line with expectations, "pilot" industrialization tests (20 to 3000 liters) are carried out to validate the scaling and produce the ingredients.

All our ingredients undergo periods of accelerated ageing under appropriate conditions (temperature, light constraints...) in order to define stability and recommendations for use.

In partnership with an expert toxicologist, we can realize a toxicological profile; provided that the data is available in the literature. If the plant is not described at the toxicological level, studies will be carried out by independent partner laboratories (photo-toxicity, eye irritation, skin irritation, etc.)

We can help you build the marketing discourse of your ingredient, marketed to your customers or integrated into your formulation. This marketing speech will depend on the analyzes performed and the results of the tests performed.

We can complete the required questionnaires for the certifications of the ingredients we develop and / or produce: Cosmos, Natrue, Novel food ... If a new cosmetic ingredient is developed, we can deposit the INCI name at the PCPC.

We accompany you on the drafting of regulatory documents for sales or use of the ingredients. We can carry out the necessary regulatory dosages: allergens, pesticides, heavy metals, thanks to our network of external partners.

In partnership with a firm specialized in patent filing, we ensure the drafting and filing of patents if relevant.
